East Gwillimbury is a town located in the upper-tier municipality of the York Region on the East Holland River with a population of 25,000 and is forecasted to grow rapidly in the coming years. Designated as a future growth area under the Place to Grow Act by the Province of Ontario, this town is estimated to grow to 88,400 by 2031. Part of the Greater Toronto Area and is surrounded by farm fields and beautiful topography in five communities including Queensville, Holland Landing, River Drive Park, Mount Albert, and Sharon. Holland Landing has breathtaking scenic hills and has the largest population and Queensville is headed to become the largest community in East Gwillimbury. Living in this township connects you to Canadian heritage, enjoy scenic nature trails, community programs, drive-in movies, and its serene atmosphere with fresh air and plenty of green spaces, and an extensive trail system for residents and guests to embrace.
 
This underrated town has a family-oriented ambiance. Neighbours develop close relationships quickly, as families and kids get together and attend social events which help promote community spirit.
